PHC Corporation of North America (PHCNA) is seeking a Director of Cell & Gene Therapy Global Business Development to lead strategic growth, partnerships, and market expansion across regions. You will collaborate with PHC Japan and other stakeholders to shape product strategy and long-term value.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior sales leadership within life sciences, a strong network with pharma and academia, and a proven track record of global deal-making and alliance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in senior sales/leadership in life sciences.
• Proven track record in Cell & Gene Therapy or related fields.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and complex distribution.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth initiatives and partnerships for Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Drive market expansion and revenue growth across regions.
• Collaborate with PHC Japan and other stakeholders on strategy.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with pharma, academia, and partners.
• Develop go-to-market and portfolio expansion strategies globally.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster high performance.
• Represent PHC’s Cell & Gene Therapy business at industry events.
