Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years’ senior-level sales management or leadership experience in life sciences.
• Knowledge of complex sales channels across markets.
• Proven track record in strategic business development within Cell & Gene Therapy or related fields.
• Deep understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory environments and distribution channels.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in leading strategic alliances and negotiating with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships and new business development initiatives to drive growth for Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Collaborate with industry partners to expand PHC’s solution portfolio and strengthen market position.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with multinational pharma, academia, and key opinion leaders.
• Develop collaborations for product launches and portfolio expansion globally.
• Partner with global R&D, marketing, and operations to influence go-to-market strategies.
• Represent PHC’s Cell & Gene Therapy business at industry conferences and leadership forums.
