Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, Bus Svcs IT with Int Mkts Mgmt. This hybrid role will be located in New Brunswick, NJ (USA) with alternate US locations including Raynham, MA.

The Director will lead global procurement for Business Services and IT, shaping strategy, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value and compliant spend across International Markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years in global procurement, category management and cross-geographic leadership.
• Proven ability to transform large procurement organizations in matrix environments.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationship and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Business Services and IT.
• Lead global category teams and governance across internal markets.
• Ensure end-to-end sourcing, contracting and requisition-to-pay processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to drive value and compliance.
