Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Bus Svs IT with Int Mkts Egmt to lead global procurement across Business Services and IT. This hybrid role will coordinate with internal markets and senior leaders to drive end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and value delivery.

The position emphasizes category strategy, supplier performance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree required (Technical degree preferred).
• 10+ years Comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience with procurement processes and global category management.
• Experience in a product oriented, sales/marketing driven culture is preferred.
• Experience in a large multinational corporate environment is useful.
• Proven track record of transforming and leading global procurement organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement for Business Services and IT categories.
• Develop the vision, strategy, and implementation plan for the categories.
• Partner with senior leaders, Business Engagement Leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and requisition-to-pay processes.
• Deliver performance against targets across financial value, service, quality, risk, and sustainability.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure governance and delivery.
