CohnReznick is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to shape and scale our enterprise learning programs. You will lead a global L&D team, drive a future-ready strategy, and partner with executives to align learning with business goals. Hybrid work and a strong focus on AI-enabled design are key.

Responsibilities include building CohnReznick University, advancing skills frameworks, and ensuring NASBA/CPE compliance while delivering measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent development and learning strategies within corporate or professional services.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale L&D programs globally and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and lead the L&D team and oversee CohnReznick University initiatives.
• Integrate AI and analytics to personalize learning pathways and measure impact.
• Own NASBA/CPE compliance and maintain accreditation as needed.
• Partner with executives to embed learning in career development and performance.
