Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Director of AEO Discoverability & Copy to build scalable content and AI-driven workflows for global markets. You will own the copy strategy, establish standards, and partner with Data and Digital Product teams to enhance product content and searchability across eCommerce platforms.

The role leads a global team, shaping governance for AI-assisted content, and driving localization while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in content strategy, eCommerce content, digital discoverability, or related fields with significant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise across SEO/AEO/GEO, structured content, content architecture, and AI-powered discovery.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce product content, PDP ecosystems, and consumer decision journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own global copy strategy and standards to create scalable product information.
• Define global discoverability standards and playbooks for content and signals.
• Build scalable product content and data foundations to improve discoverability.
• Lead the development of AI-enabled content workflows and governance.
