Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years global sourcing/procurement experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to build and manage direct materials teams across categories; experience in a matrix/global environment.
• Experience deploying AI for Purchasing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Direct Material sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a global Direct Materials sourcing team of professionals.
• Negotiate and manage major global supplier agreements; drive cost savings and supplier performance.
• Implement best-in-class sourcing processes, tools, and analytics to enhance decision-making.
