Job summary

Knowles Corporation is seeking a Global Procurement Director to lead a worldwide procurement organization supporting multiple manufacturing facilities across North America, Mexico, and Asia. You will drive strategic sourcing for direct materials, manage supplier partnerships, and lead complex negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in procurement/strategic sourcing in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years leading global procurement or category management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a global procurement organization.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for direct materials.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and governance processes.
• Lead complex long-term commercial negotiations and sourcing agreements.
• Ensure continuity of supply, optimize total cost of ownership, and drive supplier performance.
