Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Ability to develop and execute global category strategies that deliver cost savings.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance and more.
• Negotiation expertise with a track record of favorable terms.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced global environment.
• Ability to analyze complex spend data, market trends, and supplier performance.
• Experience with procurement tools and systems.
• Self-starter who can drive priorities and solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global direct material sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead supplier relationship management and executive reviews.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, payment terms, capacity, and long-term supply agreements.
• Balance cost, risk, flexibility, and supply continuity in agreements.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management in partnership with Legal and Contract Administration.
• Direct development and execution of global category strategies.
• Monitor supplier risk and implement contingency plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Program Management.
• Deliver annual cost reduction and productivity targets; drive Lean initiatives.
• Support and lead continuous improvement across the supply base.
