Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years automotive experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or supplier quality.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dimensional manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Process Lead and subject matter expert for dimensional manufacturing processes within Supplier Quality.
• Develop, deploy, and continuously improve global dimensional manufacturing requirements and standards.
• Lead a global network of Regional Leads and ensure alignment across regions.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to stakeholders across functions.
• Drive global alignment and consistent execution of dimensional process controls and supplier quality expectations.
