Job summary

Viking Princess Cruises is seeking a Digital/Technical Project Manager with strong Adobe platform experience to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, manage consulting partners, and drive end-to-end delivery across international markets.

You will work with business leaders, marketing teams, IT, and external firms to translate requirements into actionable project plans and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing digital, technical, MarTech, or enterprise IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud technologies (AEM, AEP, Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer).
• Strong understanding of Adobe platform capabilities, implementation lifecycles, and dependencies.
• Proven success managing multiple consulting partners, vendors, or agencies.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives, migrations, or enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to bridge technical delivery teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects, including regional migrations and Adobe platform implementations.
• Drive delivery across AEM, AEP, AJO, Analytics, and Target.
• Coordinate external consulting firms and systems integrators for project success.
• Own end-to-end delivery from initiation to deployment, including budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, e-commerce, IT, and business units to translate requirements into plans.
• Support global digital migrations onto standardized Adobe platforms.
• Oversee BAU requests and enhancements within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear cross-team communication.
