Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Delivery Lead to join our Marketing Transformation team in a hybrid capacity. You will design, implement, and optimize Adobe solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and advise executives on transformation strategies.

Role emphasizes deep expertise in Adobe platforms, business process optimization, and API-driven integrations, with travel up to 50-80% and leadership responsibilities across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 6 years of relevant experience in Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP.
• Significant knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing leading practices, processes, and technologies.
• Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports.
• Ability to travel estimated 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement scalable Adobe solutions to support marketing requirements.
• Lead Adobe transformation sales processes, including pipeline management, and serve as the pursuit leader for key initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI.
