The role requires managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results while maintaining rigorous governance and risk management. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of PM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects with budgets, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through project closure.
• Lead Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with clients, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple project workstreams across technical, business, and operational teams.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, hypercare, and project sign-off.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to project estimations, delivery planning, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer and transition to support or managed services teams.
