Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Associate Director, Digital Supply Chain to shape and lead our enterprise planning and digital transformation efforts. You will align business strategy with technology investments across planning, inventory, and fulfillment within Carrier's global factory network.

You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, set KPI frameworks, and ensure adoption at the facility level with regular presence at distribution centers or IT hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, program management.
• 5+ years in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, inventory management.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional transformation and tech initiatives.
• 2+ years with enterprise planning and ERP platforms (Kinaxis, SAP, or BlueYonder).

Responsibilities

• Own digital product strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption, and value realization for supply chain planning capabilities.
• Partner with SIOP, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, and Digital stakeholders to align priorities with tech investments.
• Lead end-to-end transformation across MTS, MTO, and ETO business models and drive standardization and automation.
• Conduct assessments to improve service, inventory, productivity, and operations.
• Develop inventory optimization strategies including MEIO and safety stock policies.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital solutions with automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs and ensure stakeholder alignment and outcomes.
• Drive complexity reduction through SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and value-tracking methods for executive decisions.
• Partner with Master Data Management to improve data quality and accessibility.
