Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche family, seeks a Head of Digital Strategy, Excellence & Standards within the Global Data, Digital & AI organization. You will shape the GDDA strategy, drive standards for digital products and analytics, and lead the operating model across markets with a strong focus on change enablement and executive alignment.

You will partner with Roche Pharma Commercial leaders to ensure coherence, build a high-performing strategy team, and deliver scalable enterprise outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategy, management consulting, or digital leadership in pharma/tech.
• Experience partnering with C-suite or SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong communications and enterprise transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of the enterprise GDDA strategy and multi-year capability vision.
• Define global standards for digital products, data, technology, and ways of working.
• Design and evolve GDDA operating model, governance forums, and product-centric teams.
• Oversee change enablement, adoption planning, and stakeholder readiness activities.
• Act as Chief of Staff to GDDA Leader, shaping executive narratives and cross-functional alignment.
