Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience in digital leadership and hands-on CRE or tech industry exposure. The role emphasizes innovation, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, set schedules, and mentor staff.
• Assist with development and implementation of digital strategies through innovation and automation.
• Guide innovation by implementing new digital products, services, and solutions.
• Establish relationships with external partners and vendors to identify emerging technologies.
• Partner with business units on digital products and solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage the department’s budget and resources to deliver projects on time and within cost.
• Apply knowledge of business drivers to improve cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values during negotiations.
• Identify and solve complex problems leveraging internal and external resources.
• Improve methods and standards within the job discipline.
