Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking a Digital Shelf SEO & GEO Manager to lead MadeGood content across search engines and retailer digital shelves. You will partner with MarTech, IT, brand, and agencies to ensure accurate item attributes, compliant PDPs, and strong content optimization.

You will drive agentic commerce capabilities, enable scalable optimization, and deliver executive-level performance insights using Profitero, Stackline, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in digital shelf management with demonstrated impact on SEO, conversion, organic visibility and AI search outcomes.
• Deep experience with digital shelf tools (Salsify, Profitero, Syndigo, Stackline, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central).
• Experience with structured content, metadata, taxonomy, and DAM/PIM platforms.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Hybrid schedule with ability to commute 3 days a week to Chicago-based office.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDP content publishing and syndication across retailer websites and marketplaces.
• Define and drive structured content standards to enable scalable content reuse and optimization across DAM, PIM, and CMS ecosystems.
• Lead analytics and diagnostic reporting for digital shelf performance, including competitive benchmarking and testing.
