Job summary

nVent seeks a seasoned Digital Program Manager to lead complex, international digital programs within the PMO. You will drive agile transformation, coordinate with Pillar Leads, and guide Product Owners and Scrum Masters to deliver multi-year roadmaps and value-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in digital program management, strong leadership, and superb communication skills to operate across dispersed teams and partner organizations. Minneapolis HQ is a key hub.

Qualifications

Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (or related field) required.
7+ years of experience in Digital and Scaled Agile Leadership.
10+ years in Digital Program Management leading multi-functional projects (e.g., integrations, supply chain, software, manufacturing, cloud/SaaS).
Experience identifying, prioritizing and tracking business value for the portfolio.
Ability to lead teams across geographically dispersed locations and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Define critical paths and multi-year roadmaps, collaborating with Product Owners to set priorities.
Communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to senior leadership.
Ensure backlogs are defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Lead Release Train Engineer responsibilities for Scaled Agile and PI Planning.
Coordinate with third parties and review statements of work (SOWs).
Support cost-benefit analysis, planning, and adaptation for new initiatives.
Drive timely delivery aligned with customer expectations using agile practices.
Develop resource plans across programs and projects.
