Job summary

Digitas is seeking a Vice President, Group Director in Project Management in Chicago to lead a cross‑functional team delivering large digital programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will manage multi-account programs, oversee roadmaps, and ensure outstanding client and internal collaboration.

You should bring 12–15 years in PM/marketing, a four‑year degree, PMP/CSM or willingness to obtain, and strong command of JIRA, MS Project, Excel and AI‑driven workflows.

Qualifications

Four-year degree required.
12–15 years of PM/Marketing or related experience.
Mastery of large-level projects and programs.
PMP and/or CSM certification or willingness to obtain.
Experience with enterprise tools: JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver program value.
Define roadmaps, monitor scope and progress across accounts.
Coach teams, improve processes, and drive best practices.
Lead capability modeling and trainings.
Recruit, mentor and manage direct reports.
