Job summary

Invesco Ltd. seeks a strategic, technically accomplished leader to drive the global digital client experience. As Associate Director, Global Digital Platform Technology Lead, you will define the technology strategy and roadmap for advisor portals, client portals and digital services across regions.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to modernize platforms, deliver AI-enabled experiences and ensure governance, risk and delivery excellence in a large financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale portals, external websites and digital platforms.
• Ability to define multi-year technology roadmaps with senior executives.
• Deep knowledge of modern digital architectures, cloud, APIs, data personalization and security.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and personalization at scale.
• Proven ability working in large matrixed organizations with governance and risk considerations.
• Excellent executive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; asset management experience a plus.
• Asset management experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Global tech strategy and roadmap for external-facing digital platforms and websites.
• AI-enabled transformation of digital client experiences and self-service capabilities.
• Modernize platform architecture across web, APIs, data, search and security.
• Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Client Service and regional leaders.
• Make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions for digital capabilities including fintech/AI.
• Provide delivery leadership to Agile teams and cross-functional programs.
