Job summary

Invesco is seeking a highly strategic technology leader to drive the future of its global digital client experience ecosystem. The Associate Director will define and deliver the technology strategy, architecture and roadmap for external-facing digital capabilities across advisors, institutions and clients.

This role requires executive presence, deep technical expertise and experience navigating a large, matrixed financial institution to deliver AI-enabled experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services.
• Experience leading portals, external websites or digital platforms.
• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmaps with execs.
• Deep depth in cloud, APIs, data-driven personalization and security.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled digital experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for global digital client experiences.
• Lead journeys across advisor portals and client portals.
• Partner with business and technology teams for usability and security.
• Create roadmaps balancing governance and delivery priorities.
• Drive modernization and platform health while meeting business needs.
