Gen Digital Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a senior creative leader to own direction across brand, social, and campaigns. You will manage a pod of directors, writers, and designers, driving distinctive, on-brand work with strong storytelling and strategic alignment.

You will mentor senior talent, refine processes, and collaborate with production, strategy, marketing and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality output and rapid progress through improved workflows.

Formación

• Minimum 12+ years in creative, art direction, copy, design, brand or integrated marketing.
• Experience leading senior creatives and multi-disciplinary teams across channels.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear creative opportunities and direction.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executives.
