Ladders is seeking a Lead Digital Events Manager to own the global strategy and execution model for digital events, driving scalable programs to support pipeline generation and audience engagement. You will partner with regional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact virtual experiences across markets in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Remote role for US-based candidates, compensation range is $133,000–$225,000 annually with a discretionary bonus and RSUs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital events, or integrated campaign roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a platform-first or multi-solution SaaS environment
- Background in demand generation or account-based experience (ABX) strategy
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and performance analysis
- Proficiency with webinar and virtual event platforms and marketing automation systems
