Job summary

o9 Solutions in Dallas is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to serve as the primary technical escalation point for global customers, bridging complex issues with internal engineering teams. You will diagnose root causes, drive rapid resolutions, and ensure an exceptional platform experience.

You will work with AWS, Azure, and GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud deployments, mentoring engineers and guiding incident response across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment, or cloud/infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing, high-severity escalation or technical advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Escalation Ownership: primary technical escalation point for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and environment operations.
• Technical Diagnosis & Support: investigate logs, configurations, and root causes with customer teams.
• Issue Translation & Triage: convert complex challenges into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Platform & Infrastructure Expertise: possess deep understanding of multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD, containers, and deployment models.
• Customer Advocacy & Communication: provide transparent updates throughout incident lifecycle.
