Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of senior and mid-level DevOps engineers across cloud migration and platform engineering workstreams.
• Own the technical roadmap for infrastructure automation, CI/CD maturity, and platform engineering practices.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews; set engineering standards, IaC patterns, and governance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with application, security, and product teams.
• Oversee end-to-end cloud migrations across Azure and AWS environments.
