Job summary

You will shape release management, configurations, monitoring, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate has 6+ years leading DevOps teams, 5-15 years in DevOps, strong automation skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring stacks like ELK, Prometheus, and Datadog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of management experience leading high-performing DevOps teams.
• 5-15 years in a DevOps role with CI/CD tooling experience.
• 3 years with Docker, 2 years with Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations.
• Lead global DevOps team and monitor work quality.
• Hire and grow DevOps talent.
• Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage platform deployment, maintenance and support needs.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.
• Develop and deploy automation to efficiently manage platform deployments.
• Analyze and approve code and configuration changes.
