Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to serve as the primary technical escalation point for global customers, owning incident resolution across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and environment operations.

You will diagnose root causes, translate complex issues into actionable tasks for DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure platform reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on DevOps, deployment, or cloud/infrastructure operations experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Customer-facing escalation or technical advisory experience.

Responsibilities

Escalation Ownership: primary technical escalation point for DevOps, cloud infra, and environment operations.
Technical Diagnosis & Support: investigate logs, configurations, root causes with customer teams.
Issue Translation & Triage: convert challenges into actionable statements for teams.
Platform & Infrastructure Expertise: deep knowledge of multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD, containers, deployment models.
Customer Advocacy & Communication: provide timely updates during incidents.
Continuous Improvement: identify trends and advise on tooling and architectural updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, and Support to improve reliability.
