Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a strategic and highly motivated leader to serve as Vice President / Senior Vice President, Global Development Leader. This role provides medical leadership for clinical development programs from Phase 1 through Phase 3 and into regulatory approval and launch, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

The candidate will guide program plans, coordinate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial, and ensure safety, data integrity, and regulatory

Qualifications

MD degree and board certification in hematology/oncology or related field.
Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience in pharma with Ph3 planning/execution.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Exceptional communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Program teams across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial from phase 1 through phase 3 and launch.
Set portfolio direction with Clinical Executive Management Team aligned to corporate strategy.
Provide medical oversight for trials and CROs; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and train clinical teams; drive protocol development and CDP updates.
Present data to executives and external medical colleagues (50+ attendees).
