Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the electronic consumer product scrap and recycling industry.
• 2 years in asset disposition.
• 2 years in a management or program leadership role.
• Experience in vendor performance management and contract administration.
• Experience developing and deploying security programs around confidential prototypes and unreleased products.
• R2, CSDS or CPP certifications preferred.
• Experience with demanufacturing processes to extract value securely.
• Strong loss prevention/asset protection, risk assessment and CAPA understanding.
• High ethical standards with discretion and diplomacy.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global Secure Destruction SOPs aligned with security leadership and regulations.
• Source, manage, and audit destruction partners via unannounced site visits for compliance.
• Classify Alphabet IP to define destruction standards with RFID/GPS tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat benchmarking, and investigations into asset leaks or breaches.
• Leverage AI tools and metrics to modernize scrap destruction practices and drive efficiency.
