Qualifications

• Industry licensing or credentials (e.g., SIE, Series 7/3/99) as applicable.
• Proven ability to use metrics, dashboards, and data analysis to drive performance.
• Experience with regulatory readiness, audits, and controls in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing Derivatives Operations teams across multiple products and exchanges.
• Oversee futures, options, clearing, allocations, lifecycle events, and physical deliveries.
• Maintain effective controls, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk identification/remediation.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across clients, risk, compliance, technology, exchanges, and clearing houses.
• Communicate complex operational matters with professionalism and executive presence.
