Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Depot Manager in Williamsburg, VA to oversee warehousing, equipment maintenance, and cable loading/offloading at depots and vessels. You will ensure accurate records and coordinate with global depots to support worldwide networks.

The role requires travel up to 40%, a US driver’s license, and the ability to obtain required clearances. SubCom values integrity, reliability, and teamwork as core business principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years' cable installation/marine operations experience.
• Able to obtain Fit for Duty certificate for international travel.
• Willing to travel 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage cable movements/transfers and stowage per policy.
• Travel to assist with loads at depots domestically and internationally.
• Manage stevedores to support cable movements/transfers.
• Package and ship goods to/from depot locations and vessels.
• Maintain customer inventory records.
