Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the Worldwide Field Support PMO. You will coordinate deployment, onboarding, travel, and logistics to enable U.S. Army C5ISR capabilities globally.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Onsite work at APG is expected with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, human resources, logistics, travel, finance, military personnel, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment operations: Track personnel through deployment lifecycle and provide status visibility.
• Support employee onboarding: Coordinate with Recruiting, HR, Security, and other orgs for onboarding docs and credentials.
• Coordinate deployment readiness: Assist with passports, visas, work permits, and medical readiness processing.
• Coordinate worldwide travel: Arrange domestic and international travel and lodging for deploying personnel.
• Support logistics and equipment movement: Ensure PPE and mission equipment delivery and accountability.
• Assist with labor charging, travel expenses, and deployment-related pay with Finance/Program Controls.
• Provide PMO support: Maintain trackers, reports, Excel/PowerPoint deliverables, and meeting minutes.
