Job summary

GDIT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD seeks a Program Analyst Associate to support the Worldwide Field Support PMO and U.S. Army C5ISR missions globally. You’ll coordinate deployment, onboarding, travel, logistics, and financial administration to keep programs on track.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government Secret clearance. Onsite work at APG with potential travel across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2+ years of related admin, program support, operations, logistics, travel experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment operations: track personnel lifecycle from onboarding to return and provide status visibility.
• Coordinate onboarding: assist with Form I-9, credential verification, background checks and security requirements.
• Coordinate deployment readiness: passport/visa/work permits and medical readiness processes.
• Coordinate deployment processing: scheduling, packets, reporting instructions and documentation.
