Job summary

Ascendion in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Technical Deployment Program Manager III to drive large-scale initiatives across regions. The role requires coordinating with senior stakeholders and engineers, and ensuring smooth onboarding of SRT tooling on a five-day onsite basis.

You’ll manage AV/VC equipment and collaboration tech, maintain integrations as systems evolve, and communicate clearly across time zones to keep programs on track and aligned with business goals.

• This role suits a seasoned operator who is comfortable working at pace across regions and time zones, bringing structure to large programs and communicating clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders.

Job Title: Technical Deployment Program Manager III

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to bring structure and momentum to large, interdependent initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong cross-functional coordination experience with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Working familiarity with Audio/Visual (AV), Video Conferencing (VC), and collaboration technology, including conference room and event-space equipment, sufficient to coordinate delivery effectively.
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones, including United States Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones, with primary coverage of Pacific Time.
• Comfortable working with event and production-space technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in enterprise Audio/Visual (AV), Information Technology (IT), or collaboration-technology program environments.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-site, or multi-partner programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration technology platforms or equivalent enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the growing volume of new product-to-Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) integration requests escalated from internal teams and other organizations.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional partners throughout the onboarding process.

Location: Menlo Park, CA [5 Days onsite]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $116,400 – $166,400 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
