Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Technical Deployment Program Lead III to oversee cross‑program status, milestones, dependencies, and risk across global initiatives. This role requires the ability to communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and bring structure to fast‑paced, multi‑regional programs spanning US time zones.

You will coordinate readiness across production spaces, support procurement workflows, maintain BOMs, and help ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in program coordination / delivery across multiple sites or全球 programs.

Job Title : Technical Deployment Program Lead III

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated, cross-program view of status, milestones, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent global initiatives, keeping senior stakeholders informed
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear, current visibility of overall program health across the portfolio
• Coordinate alignment across programs so schedules, dependencies, and hand‑off points are clearly defined and tracked
• Serve as the senior coordination point across workstreams, proactively resolving schedule conflicts and dependency blockers
• Risk, Status & Reporting Track and report program health, risks, and blockers across the portfolio; elevate early with recommended options
• Produce consolidated reporting that rolls multiple programs into a single view for leadership
• Coordinate readiness across specialty production spaces, event venues, and broadcast environments
• Hands‑On Delivery Support Roll up sleeves on active deployments where needed, supporting procurement workflows (Purchase Order [PO] creation and tracking) and verifying equipment delivery against plan.
• Maintain Bill of Materials [BOM] accuracy and deployment records (site inventories, commissioning documentation)
• Participate in commissioning, readiness testing, and sign‑off of completed spaces Interpret and markup deployment drawings (AutoCAD/Bluebeam) to convey design intent to vendors and trades where required
• In terms of Standards & Continuity, help ensure programs run to company's quality standards; support the refinement of playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs]; contribute to post-program reviews

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in program coordination / technical program delivery, including experience across multiple concurrent, multi‑site or global programs
• Proven ability to bring structure and momentum to large, interdependent initiatives with competing priorities
• Working familiarity with Audio Visual [AV]/ Video Conferencing [VC] and collaboration technology (enough to coordinate delivery credibly): conference room and event space equipment
• Comfortable operating across United States [US] time zones, Pacific primary, with East and Central coverage
• Comfortable working with event and production space technology
• Background in enterprise Audio Visual [AV]/ Information Technology [IT] or collaboration-technology program environments
• Experience coordinating large, multi-site or multi-partner programs.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135,000 – $208,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
