Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the Deployment Operations lifecycle for the Roadrunner program at Costa Mesa, CA. You will manage deployments globally, coordinating with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations to place the right people and assets at the right time to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
• Ability to work across multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack).
• Must be able to travel 20% of the time to various test sites.
• Based in Costa Mesa, CA and onsite; remote work is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations to execute deployments.
• Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within the Roadrunner program.
• Communicate effectively using systems and channels to keep stakeholders informed.
