Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead the deployment of people and hardware globally for the Roadrunner program. You will drive deployment readiness, partner with Growth, Engineering and Technical Operations, and ensure precise execution and accountability across teams.

The role requires 7+ years in operations/logistics, strong program-management skills, and the ability to work across Oracle, Salesforce, JIRA and Slack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management with a focus on international operations.
• Background balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
• Ability to work across multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack).
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends to meet milestones.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the time to test sites.
• Onsite role based in Costa Mesa, CA; US security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure deployments are executed successfully.
• Own and manage the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within the Roadrunner program.
• Communicate updates to internal and external teams using systems like JIRA, Oracle, Foundry, Salesforce and channels such as Slack and email.
• Create structured deployment plans to ensure the right people and hardware are in place.
• Mentor and guide the Deployment Operations team on deployment coordination and mission success.
