Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to lead demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes for a global customer base. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to build accurate demand plans and influence inventory decisions.

The role emphasizes data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of forecasting methods within a fast-paced environment. Location options include Plano, TX or Boise, ID.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in statistical forecasting and consensus demand planning.
• 5+ years’ experience leading S&OP process.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and implementing AI solutions across supply chain functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Proficient at leveraging statistical forecasting methodologies to derive accurate and consistent demand forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Manage demand planning and forecasting for purchasing to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products for global customers.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand historical sales, market trends, seasonality, product mix, sales events, and promotions.
• Drive consensus between cross-functional groups and leaders.
• Develop and drive continuous improvements to forecasting models, demand forecasting techniques, and methods.
• Provide quantitative analysis that drives forecast and volatility improvements across the business.
