Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planning) to manage weekly forecasts for consumer electronics segments and coordinate S&OP activities. You will work closely with retail partners, sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to deliver concise, actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in planning/forecasting, and expertise in SAP and Excel. This is a fully onsite position in Edina, MN offering comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Planning/Forecasting experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy.
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for Sell In and Sell Thru units.
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system (SAP).
• Identify gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
• Drive weekly S&OP recaps and escalations.
• Present to stakeholders and promote consensus-building.
