Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Category Manager to own Walmart US planograms and support a data-driven demand planning strategy.

You will partner with the Senior Category Manager to curate an inclusive assortment and manage forecasting processes for domestic and international channels. The role requires 2–5 years in Demand/Supply Planning or Analytics, strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience leading cross-functional business processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an analytical field; supply chain, engineering, or economics preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Strong Excel, Access, SQL, and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with cross-functional S&OP processes and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the demand planning strategy for domestic and international retail channels.
• Manage and communicate existing or potential business risk to service and working capital.
• Maintain metrics for supply chain planning analytics (forecast accuracy, bias, Pareto of demand).
• Create and implement statistically driven forecasting methods.
• Lead cross-functional processes with sales, planning, and new product development.
