Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Category Manager to own Walmart US planograms and drive the assortment strategy. You will work with the Senior Category Manager to curate effective shelf space, analyze data, and present insights to retail partners.

The role requires travel to Walmart locations and a focus on actionable, data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years in JDA Pro Space, cosmetics experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years JDA Pro Space experience required.
• Cosmetics / White wall experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Walmart US planograms.
• Develop and maintain weekly reports and tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities through data and analytics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for planogram resets to retail partners.
• Collaborate with VM, Sales, Ops to ensure best-in-class resets.
