Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Category Manager to maintain Walmart US planograms and partner across teams to optimize the retailer assortment.

The role focuses on using JDA Space Planning, weekly reporting, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive resets. Based in the Greater Bentonville area with regular Walmart travel, you will collaborate with VM, Sales, and Operations to ensure best-in-class resets and maintain Canadian libraries for all brands.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years JDA Pro Space experience
• Cosmetics / White wall experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Detail oriented; able to manage multiple projects
• Travel required to Walmart locations regularly

Responsibilities

• Daily work in JDA Space Planning Software
• Development and upkeep of weekly reports and tracking
• Identify growth opportunities through data and analytics
• Ad hoc reporting and analytics for actionable insights
• Recommend planogram resets and present to retail partners
• Collaborate with customer space planning team for resets
• Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike and track progress
• Coordinate with VM on fixture needs and resets
• Maintain Canadian Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. brands
• Work cross-functionally with VM, Innovation, Sales, Operations
