Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead portfolio planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across global regions.

You will partner with Revenue leaders to translate performance into actionable insights and support executive reporting for strategic decision-making. The role requires strong Excel and financial modeling, experience with planning tools like Anaplan, and a track record of driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities are required.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting processes.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional process improvements and identify opportunities for change.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level planning, forecasting, consolidation, and performance analysis across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and SaaS businesses in close partnership with regional FP&A leaders.
• Partner with Revenue leaders to understand business drivers and translate performance into actionable financial insights.
• Support the preparation of executive-level reporting, operational reviews, and business performance presentations for senior leadership.
• Design and implement scalable planning, reporting, and performance management processes to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Develop reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor business performance.
• Support and enhance the IBP-based Commercial Management Review process across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve existing processes to accelerate time‑to‑insight.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and strategic projects for Revenue and Finance leadership.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other teams to drive alignment.
