Job summary

Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planner & Product Analyst to own forecasting, planning, and reporting for the assigned product category. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to develop a robust demand plan and support revenue goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
2 years of full-time planning/analysis experience.
APICS certification is a plus.
Experience in global demand planning preferred.
Strong MS Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

Forecast demand by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Finance.
Lead monthly forecast meetings for Europe, North America, and Independent Distributors.
Monitor forecast deadlines and ensure alignment with region availability.
Track forecast accuracy with Dealer Sales & Service and drive improvements.
Reconcile master data and maintain data accuracy; flag discrepancies.
Use Excel and Netstock IBP to identify exceptions and build tools.
