Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an International Demand Planning Analyst to manage end-to-end inventory and order management in a Kent, WA distribution setting. You will handle imports, POs, replenishment, vendor communications, and ERP transactions to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

You will leverage Acumatica, NetStock, and Power BI for forecasting and reporting, while working with advanced Excel tools to analyze data and drive replenishment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or procurement within a distribution or inventory-focused environment.
• Hands-on with FTZ operations and international shipments.
• Proficiency with Acumatica ERP for PO entry, tracking, and inventory transactions.
• Experience using NetStock or similar demand planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory levels and determine PO release quantities.
• Align PO releases with demand trends and forecasts to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain PO data from creation to receipt across systems.
• Monitor open POs and escalate delays to protect supply continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, lead times, and readiness to meet demand.
• Track vendor delivery commitments and follow up to keep orders on schedule.
• Assist in import processes and documentation flow for international shipments.
• Enter and track POs in the ERP from creation through receipt.
• Use NetStock and Power BI to support inventory planning and replenishment.
