Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Demand Planner to improve service levels and maintain global supply for service parts and commercial materials. You will forecast demand, support supply chain optimization, and lead S&OP activities across regions.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Procurement. The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain planning and strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting tools and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in the following fields is preferred: Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science or Operational Research.
• Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or operations with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead meetings and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis or programming would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data analysis, market trends and insights to support inventory performance.
• Support design and optimization of supply chain networks, monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead and support demand planning activities within the S&OP process with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance planning systems and forecasting tools as a key supply chain contact.
