Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Global Demand Planner (Hybrid) to evaluate business plans and develop short-term plans with cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes data-driven modeling, performance metrics, and actionable insights to drive financial value across the organization.

You will lead complex analyses, build forecasting models, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize resources and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Data Analytics, Finance or Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• APICS or IBF Certification is beneficial.
• Typically 4–6 years’ work experience in Supply Chain: strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related area.
• Advanced English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate experience using Excel and ERP Planning systems; SC certification a plus.
• Developed knowledge of research methodology for key business issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong relationship management, partnering and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data and business analyses to develop plans and insights.
• Build and forecast with advanced statistical and financial models; coach others.
• Set metrics and identify performance gaps to improve outcomes.
• Manage time-sensitive market research projects and summarize intelligence for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams across all planning activities.
• Contribute to priority projects with innovative insights and recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to develop business plans and identify opportunities.
• Develop go-forward plans based on risks and returns.
• Identify cutting-edge analytical tools and methods for key decisions.
