Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring for an International Demand Planning Analyst to support end-to-end inventory and order management in a Kent, WA distribution setting. You will manage imports, POs, replenishment, vendor coordination, and ERP transactions to ensure product availability and accurate planning.

You will leverage NetStock, Power BI, and Excel to analyze data, optimize replenishment, and provide actionable insights within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Procurement Analyst role within a distribution or inventory-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and international shipments.
• Proficiency with Acumatica ERP for purchase order entry, tracking, and inventory transactions.
• Experience using NetStock or similar demand planning and inventory planning systems.
• Strong Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting related to inventory, purchasing, and demand planning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other analytical functions.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory levels and determine appropriate PO release quantities.
• Align PO releases with demand trends to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain PO data from creation to receipt across systems.
• Monitor open POs and escalate delays to protect supply continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, lead times, and readiness to meet demand.
• Track vendor delivery commitments and follow up to stay on schedule.
• Assist in managing the import process and related documentation.
• Enter and track POs in the ERP system from creation to receipt.
• Support import activities and coordinate with freight forwarders.
