Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and demand-planning platforms.

• A strong ability to influence cross-functional decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the comprehensive demand forecast across all stocked product categories and sales channels.
• Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and safety-stock targets.
• Lead cross-functional demand reviews with sales, product, finance, operations, and ecommerce stakeholders.
• Develop varied demand scenarios to support ecommerce performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations balancing service levels with working-capital efficiency.
• Maintain inventory-health dashboards and reports.
