We’re profitable, fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture. About the role: We’re seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International to grow our business across Europe and test opportunities in other strategic markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience leading international programs that drive leads and pipeline.
• Skilled in paid media, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with webinars, events, partnerships, or similar regional programs.
• Strong analytical skills and CRM analytics usage.
• Ability to align sales and marketing across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set regional priorities for international marketing, partnering with sales and strategy to identify markets, audiences, and programs most likely to drive growth.
• Test new markets across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to assess demand and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate campaigns with global paid, organic, and lifecycle owners and use results to improve performance.
• Shape local messaging by bringing customer and market insights to product marketing and content.
• Drive localization by prioritizing languages, website pages, and content.
• Plan and execute webinars, partnerships, conferences, and other regional programs.
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with regional priorities and feed lead quality back into the pipeline.
• Own regional results and report on qualified leads and self-serve signups against targets.
